Method

  1. Combine the flour and yeast. Add the milk, butter, sugar, eggs, and salt to the mixer, then add the flour and yeast. Mix with the dough hook attachment on low speed for 4 minutes and on medium speed for 4 minutes; add the raisins and mix for 2 minutes on low speed, then add the cinnamon, mixing just long enough to create a swirl. The dough should be slightly soft. Mix to
