Method

  1. Beat together the butter, sugar, pecans, flour, and salt with a paddle attachment on medium speed.
  2. Roll out on a parchment-lined sheet pan to 1.9 in/0.3 cm thick. Bake at 350°F/177°C until browned, about 20 minutes.
