  1. To prepare the dough, blend the flour, sugar, yeast, salt, butter, eggs, and milk on lows peed with the dough hook attachment, about 2 minutes. Increase to medium speed and mix for an additional 4 minutes.
  2. Turn out the dough onto a lightly floured surface. Cover the dough and ferment at 75°F/24°C until doubled in volume, about 2 hours.
