Method

  1. Coat the loaf pans with a light film of fat and line with parchment paper.
  2. Sift together the salt, cake flour, cornstarch, and baking powder.
  3. Cream together the butter and sugar with the paddle attachment, starting on low speed and increasing to medium speed, for 5 minutes.
  4. Combine the lemon zest with the eggs and add to the creamed mixture
