Method

  1. Line the sheet pans with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the butter to 105°F/41°C.
  3. Sift together the flour, confectioners’ sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Mix together the eggs, milk, invert sugar, and vanilla with the paddle attachment on medium speed until smooth, about 5 minutes. Add the dry ingredients and mix on low speed until just incorporated.
