Method

  1. Line a half sheet pan with parchment.
  2. Melt the chocolate and butter in a bowl over barely simmering water, blending gently. Remove the bowl from the heat.
  3. Combine the eggs, sugar, and vanilla and whip with the whip attachment on high speed until light and thick in color, about 8 minutes.
  4. Blend one-third of the egg mixture into the melted cho
