Method

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in the bowl of a mixer fitted with a paddle attachment and mix until smooth.
  2. Roll the dough into a rectangle ¼ in/0.6 cm in thickness and bake in a preheated oven until just starting to set and the edges begin to take color.
  3. Cut into 5-in by 1½-in/12-cm by 4-cm rectangles and chill.
