Method

  1. Leave the frozen phyllo dough in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight to thaw.
  2. Combine the clarified butter and cocoa powder.
  3. Brush a sheet of phyllo with the butter–cocoa powder mixture and sprinkle lightly with sugar.
  4. Repeat two more times, layering a new sheet of phyllo each time for a total of three sheets.
  5. Cut into
