Fresh goat cheese (preferably Montchevre)

Method

  1. Before beginning, make sure that all of the ingredients are at room temperature.
  2. Place the goat cheese, cream cheese, sugar, and salt in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment and mix on low speed just to incorporate.
  3. Add the crème fraîche in two additions and continue to mix on low speed until smooth.
