Method

  1. Place the chocolate, cocoa powder, and water in a saucepan over low heat and stir gently until fully combined. Add the butter, sugar, corn syrup, and salt and simmer over medium heat until thick, about 5 minutes.
  2. Remove from the heat and add the vanilla extract.
  3. Serve warm.
