Fresh mint leaves, washed ½

Method

  1. Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Drop the mint leaves into the boiling water and blanch for 5 seconds. Immediately drain and shock in an ice bath.
  2. Place the mint leaves into a blender with the water and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
  3. In a small bowl, smooth out the mirror glaze so there are no lumps present.
  4. Add a small amount of the m
