Ingredient U.S. Metric
Simple syrup (1 part water to ½ part sugar)


  1. Bring the simple syrup to a boil and add the saffron.
  2. Let set for an hour and cool in an ice bath if it is still warm.
  3. Whisk slowly into the mirror glaze until saffron. Smooth and then whisk in the orange concentrate.
