Orange juice


  1. Reduce the orange juice by half in a small pan over low heat.
  2. Add half of the sugar to the orange juice reduction and the remaining sugar to the heavy cream.
  3. Bring the cream and the orange reduction to a boil separately.
  4. Pour the cream over the orange reduction and stir with a spatula until homogeneous.
  5. Portion into bowls immediate
