Method
Combine the sugar, pectin, and guava purée in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Bloom the gelatin in cold water. Drain and set aside.
Remove the pan from the heat, add the gelatin, and stir to combine.
Pour immediately into the frame and freeze.
