Method

  1. Sift together the dry ingredients and place them in the bowl of a mixer fitted with a whip attachment. Add the butter and half of the milk. Whip to combine.
  2. Combine the remaining ingredients including 4 oz/100 g of the milk and add to the mixture in the mixer bowl in stages.
  3. Spread the batter in an even layer in a half sheet pan lined with parchment p
