Method

  1. Place ten 2 by 2-in/5 by 5-cm ring molds on a parchment-lined sheet pan.
  2. Combine all of the ingredients for the graham cracker crust by hand in a large bowl. The mixture should hold together when squeezed but should not be wet.
  3. Portion the graham cracker crust among the ring molds. The graham cracker crust should be ¼-inch/0.6-cm thick in each mold. T
