Method

  1. Pipe the marshmallows in a 5½-in/14-cm circle on oiled parchment. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs and freeze for 20 minutes, or until completely set.
  2. Press the graham cracker crust into the bottom of a 6-in/15-cm cake ring on a parchment-lined sheet pan. Bake in a 325°F/163°C
