Method

  1. Line a half sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Cream the almond paste, butter, and sugar with the paddle attachment on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 10 minutes. Blend the eggs and add in 2 or 3 additions, scraping down the bowl after each addition, until fully incorporated. On low speed, mix in the flour until just blended.
