Method

  1. Combine the corn syrup, eggs, sugar, and butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Warm the mixture until the sugar and butter are melted and all the ingredients are fully combined. Remove the pan from the heat. Stir in the flour. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer.
  2. Divide the pecans and cranberries among the tartlet shells, spreading them in an even
