Method

  1. Place the Swiss meringue in a piping bag with a sultan tip. Place the tip of the piping tip ¼ in/0.6 cm above a parchment-lined sheet pan and squeeze the bag firmly until the meringue touches the parchment and spreads out to form a hollow round. Bake at 200°F/93°C for
