Caramel and Coffee Sauce

Method

  1. Pool 1 oz/30 g of caramel sauce in the center of the plate. Pipe small dots of chocolate sauce in a ring around the caramel sauce.
  2. Place a chocolate tart in the center of the caramel sauce. Spoon a quenelle of coffee ice cream in the center of the tart.
  3. Lean a tuile against the chocolate tart.
