Method

  1. Dust an acetate sheet with green luster dust and spray with white cocoa butter spray.
  2. Spread the white chocolate evenly over the acetate.
  3. Once the chocolate has set slightly, cut plaques ¾ by 8 in/2 by 20 cm.
