Method

  1. In a bowl, combine the pâte à glacer and puffed rice. Reserve until needed.
  2. Spread the food coloring over the acetate in the desired pattern. Spread the white chocolate evenly over the acetate.
  3. Once set to the touch, cut into the desired shape plaques. Remove the excess chocolate from the acetate.
  4. Use the plaques once set or store in an airt
