Method

  1. Roll out the fondant ⅛ in/0.3 cm thick. Carefully cover the cake with the fondant and smooth the top and sides. Trim the fondant from the bottom edge of the cake.
  2. Attach the cake to the cake board with a touch of royal icing.
  3. Create the centerpiece by attaching the roses and leaves to a ball of fondant or chocolate dome, using royal icing.
  4. U
