Ingredients

  • 700 g (1 lb 9 oz) pork fillet
  • 2 s

Method

Cut the pork into 3 cm (1¼ inch) cubes. Cut the zucchini into rounds.

For the marinade, combine the honey with the port, ginger and sesame seeds, season.

Assemble the skewers, alternating the pork with the zucchini (packed close together). Coat generously with marinade.

Cook over a gentle heat for about 10 minutes, dipping regularly in the marinade.
