Ingredients

  • 700 g (1 lb 9 oz) pork fillet

Method

Cut the pork into 3 cm (1¼ inch) cubes. Halve the dried figs and remove the stems. Assemble the skewers, alternating meat and dried fruit. Drizzle with some olive oil, scatter over the herbes de Provençe, season.

Cook over gentle heat for 10 minutes. Be careful not to burn the dried fruit.
