Slice the veal into 12 strips the same size as the slices of speck (thin and all the same width). Arrange them in a dish.
For the marinade, combine the sesame oil with the whisky, ground bay and pepper, cover the veal with this mixture.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 3 hours.
Place a slice of veal on a slice of speck and twist them.
Thread each twist on a
