Cut the veal schnitzels into small square slices of the same size.
Cut the mushrooms into thick slices the same size as the pieces of veal. Peel the ginger, slice it thinly. Assemble the skewers, alternating meat, mushrooms and ginger. Cook for 10 minutes over gentle heat, season. Warm the vodka in a saucepan, flambé, pour the vodka over the skewers.
