Method

Trim fat from the chicken hearts.

For the marinade, combine the spices with the olive oil, rum, soy sauce. Add the chicken hearts, mix well.

Thread the chicken hearts onto the branches of rosemary and cook them over high heat for 10 minutes. Eat immediately.
