  • 6 scallops
  • 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon

Method

Remove the roe from the scallops (if necessary), coat them with the sweet soy sauce. Thread the scallops onto the skewers, cook for 2–3 minutes. Serve with the poppyseeds, drizzle with lime juice.
