  • 1 duck breast
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce (ketchup)

Method

Remove the fat from the duck breast and slice into thin strips.

Peel the garlic, chop it finely. Combine all of the ingredients including the duck strips. Thread the duck strips onto the skewers, cook for 3 minutes.
