Method

Cut the chicken lengthways and thread onto skewers. Peel the French shallots, chop them finely, chop the coriander.

Combine all the flavouring ingredients with the fromage blanc, add the olive oil, season. Roll the yakitori in this mixture, cook for 5 minutes.
