Ingredients

  • 2 thick veal escalopes
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • juice of one

Method

Cut the escalopes into thick strips and thread them onto skewers. Combine the remaining ingredients. Dip the yakitori in the sauce, cook for 5 minutes. Season.
