  • 1 sweet onion
  • 6 hamburger patties (minced/ground beef)
  • 6 slices bacon</

Method

Slice the onion. Cook the hamburger patties, onion and the bacon over high heat. Toast the buns on the barbecue.

Spread the buns with some tomato sauce and assemble the hamburgers, alternating all of the ingredients: cheddar, hamburger, bacon, onion, lettuce.
