Method

Peel the onion, slice it with the cucumber and tomatoes.

Cook the hamburgers over high heat as well as the slices of speck. Toast the buns on the barbecue grill, cook the eggs on the hotplate. Spread the buns with mustard and tomato sauce. Assemble the hamburgers, alternating all the ingredients: hamburger, speck, egg, onion, cucumber, tomatoes.
