Method

Peel and slice the onions, cook them on the hotplate with the bacon, add the leaves from the bunch coriander.

Cook the eggs on the hotplate. Toast the muffins, spread them with HP sauce, assemble the sandwich with layers of bacon, egg, coriander, onions.
