Clean the mackerel.

For the marinade, boil the eggs for 10 minutes, run them under cold water, peel and roughly chop them. Zest two of the lemons, take out the segments of all three lemons, removing all skin and pith. Slice the caperberries, combine all the ingredients with the olive oil.

Cook the mackerel 5 minutes each side. Remove the fish and drizzle with the marinade and se
