  • 1 baguette
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 200 ml (7 fl oz


Slice the baguette lengthways to make large toasts. Peel the garlic, rub over the bread. Drizzle each slice with some olive oil.

Slice the bulb spring onions, cut the tomatoes into segments.

Sauté the tomatoes and onions on the hotplate in a little olive oil.

Barbecue the whole anchovies 2 minutes over high heat, remove the fillets with your fingers and grill the slices
