Ingredients

  • 18 beautiful king prawns (jumbo shrimp)
  • 2 tablespoons pastis (aniseed flavoured liqueur)
  • 1

Method

Drizzle the prawns with pastis, cook them on the barbecue for 3 minutes, covered. Place the fennel on top of the prawns and cover again for 2 minutes.

Serve immediately, sprinkle with fennel seeds and season with sea salt.
