  • 1 salmon fillet
  • 6 fir tree branches
  • salt and pepper


Remove the skin from the salmon fillet, remove the bones using a pair of tweezers. Make thin slices of salmon, cutting from the thicker end towards the tail.

For the marinade, combine the olive oil with the lemon juice, add the honey.

Wrap the fir branches in slices of salmon, swaddling the branches where the needles are and brush with marinade.
