  • 3 young zucchinis (courgettes)
  • 3 fennel bulbs
  • 3 red onions
  • 1<

Method

Slice the zucchini into thin strips, removing the seeds in the middle. Peel and slice the fennel bulbs and onions.

Finely chop the chilli, making sure you remove the seeds.

Sear everything in the olive oil on the hotplate, add the thyme and rosemary, cook 10 minutes. Deglaze with the soy sauce, season.
