Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple
  • 2 mangoes
  • 2 tablespoons rum

Method

Peel the pineapple, remove the ‘eyes’, cut into six segments and remove the core. Cut the pineapple segments into slices 1 cm (½ inch) thick. Peel the mangoes, cut them into pieces the same size as the slices of pineapple. Thread them onto skewers, alternating pineapple and mango.
