Bagel dough fashioned into a twisted loaf, stuffed with golden Vidalia onions and roasted garlic. This is an exceptional bread that’s also a great sandwich loaf and a makes wonderful toast.
In a mixer bowl, whisk together the water, yeast and sugar. Stir in (malt powder), honey, salt, and oil. Add most of flour to make a stiff dough, and knead for 10-12 minutes, adding in additional flour if required. Shape dough into a ball and place in a greased bowl.
