An easy and extremely delicious bite-sized bruschetta served with an indulgent mortadella mousse, the world-renowned pork salami from the city of Bologna.

  • 30 g plain flour

Method

To prepare the béchamel, melt the butter in a saucepan and add the flour. Cook for a couple of minutes on medium heat until the roux (mix of butter and flour) is golden.
