A very simple yet impressive looking risotto, perfect for a summer dinner. The flavour profile will surprise you as it isn’t sweet at all. It’s zingy, full-bodied, and full of character.
The balsamic and basil really complement the flavour of the strawberries, all of which are perfectly encased in a creamy and buttery risotto.
Rinse the strawberries and cut them into small cubes, but remember to save a few strawberries to slice as a garnish.
