Pineapple Pizza

I think I might have found a loophole for producing a pineapple pizza recipe that won’t make my fellow Italians hate me. I don’t hate pineapple on pizza, I just don’t like it because I believe it hasn’t been paired correctly, and it definitely doesn’t go well with a tomato-based pizza! This recipe takes a different approach – think of this pizza as a cake to be shared. One or two slices is enough for a portion.
