  • 30 ml vodka
  • 30 ml pomegranate liqueur
  • 30 ml

Method

  1. Place the vodka, pomegranate liqueur, pomegranate juice, lemon juice and egg white in a cocktail shaker. Place the lid and shake to combine. Lift the lid and add some ice. Place the lid and shake for 30 seconds, to chill. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Sprinkle with Davidson plum powder, to serve.
