Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Add 200ml water and mix until combined. Set aside for 15 minutes for the seeds to soak up the water.
  2. Preheat oven to 140°C fan forced. Give the seed mixture a good stir, then divide into 4 portions. Place 1 portion
