Method

  1. Combine the grapeseed and hazelnut oils in a jug.
  2. Place the vinegar, lemon juice, honey, mustard and garlic in a tall jug. Use a stick blender to blitz until smooth. With the motor running, slowly add the combined oils until the mixture emulsifies (it should be thick and not split). Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Use straightaway or keep in an airtight
