Method

  1. Line a 5cm-deep baking tray with baking paper and place in the freezer for 20 minutes to chill.
  2. Combine the honey, glucose, caster sugar and 50ml water in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 1-2 minutes or until the sugar dissolves. Transfer to a saucepan.
